UrbanRevive is a property-discovery tool that aggregates publicly available information about vacant, distressed and redevelopment-opportunity properties.

Property information on UrbanRevive is compiled from public records, government open-data portals and other third-party sources. It may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate, and is provided “as is” for informational purposes only. Status labels such as vacant, distressed, tax-delinquent or foreclosure reflect source records and do not confirm the current condition, ownership, availability or legal status of a property. UrbanRevive does not provide legal, financial, real-estate, appraisal or investment advice. Always verify information with the relevant official authority and qualified professionals before making any decision, and respect private property — do not enter or disturb any property without the owner’s permission.

You must be at least 18, give accurate information, keep your password confidential, and are responsible for activity on your account.

You agree not to: trespass on or damage any property; harass, contact or intimidate owners or occupants unlawfully; use data for discrimination, stalking or any illegal purpose; scrape, resell or bulk-export data; attempt to bypass security or Pro access; or post false or harmful community reports.

You are responsible for reports and images you submit and confirm you have the right to share them. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Some features require a Pro subscription. Plan features and prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change with notice.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, UrbanRevive is not liable for losses or decisions made based on information from the platform.

You may delete your account at any time from your Profile. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
